A store that works with the rest of your business

Every time orders, stock levels or invoices are re-typed by hand, it costs time and risks mistakes. Integrations let data flow between the store and your company’s systems automatically: the order goes to the ERP, the stock level updates in the store and the customer receives a tracking number without any manual work.

We implement proven integrations available for PrestaShop, and where they are missing or not good enough we build our own — as modules or via an API. Connections with stock-management and accounting software are described in more detail on the ERP integrations page.

What we integrate

ERP and accounting software

Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma and Fakturownia — orders, sales documents and stock levels without manual re-typing.

Online payments

Przelewy24, PayU, Tpay, BLIK and card payments — the order status changes automatically once it is paid.

Couriers and parcel lockers

InPost, DPD, DHL and Orlen Paczka as well as Furgonetka and Apaczka — pickup point selection in the cart and label generation.

Marketplaces and multichannel

BaseLinker, Allegro and price comparison sites — one database of products, stock and orders for every sales channel.

Wholesalers and XML feeds

Importing wholesaler offers and dropshipping — prices and availability updated automatically on a schedule.

Custom APIs and webhooks

Dedicated connections with your company’s systems when no ready-made integration exists or it does not handle the data you need.

How we build reliable integrations

An integration runs in the background, so a failure often only comes to light when a customer does not receive their goods. That is why we design connections to be fault-tolerant and easy to keep an eye on.

Data mapping

We decide which data is exchanged, in which direction and how often — products, prices, stock, orders, statuses and documents.

Sync that fits the process

We choose how data is exchanged: in real time, on a schedule or on demand.

Error handling

The integration retries failed operations and records problems instead of silently losing orders.

Logs and control

Every data exchange leaves a trace, so it is easy to check what was sent and when.

Testing on a store copy

Before launch we test the integration on a copy of the store using typical order scenarios.

Performance

Heavy operations, such as importing a large offer, run in the background so they do not slow the store down.

How the process works

1
Systems analysis
We get to know the systems the store has to work with and check their data exchange capabilities.
2
Integration design
We define the scope of data, the direction and frequency of synchronisation and how errors are handled.
3
Implementation
We configure a ready-made integration or build our own — as a PrestaShop module or an API connection.
4
Testing
We check the data flow on a copy of the store: orders, statuses, stock levels and documents.
5
Launch and monitoring
We switch the integration on in the store, watch the first synchronisations and react to changes in external systems.

How much does a PrestaShop integration cost?

The cost depends on the systems and the scope of data exchange. The estimate is influenced by:

  • whether a ready-made integration can be used or a custom one is needed,
  • the number of connected systems and directions of data exchange,
  • the scope of data — products, prices, stock, orders, documents,
  • the capabilities and documentation of the external system’s API,
  • the synchronisation frequency and the number of products or orders.

After a short conversation about your systems we prepare an estimate broken down into stages. Request an estimate or get in touch.

Why Appinet

We specialise in e-commerce and integrations. We know both PrestaShop and the systems stores most often connect to, so we know where integrations tend to fail. We build connections that run in the background and, if a problem occurs, clearly show what happened. If a ready-made module does the job, we implement it instead of building everything from scratch.

Frequently asked questions about PrestaShop integrations

Can you integrate the store with my invoicing software or ERP?

In most cases, yes. We work with systems such as Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma and Fakturownia as well as BaseLinker. If you use another system, we check what data exchange options it offers.

Ready-made or dedicated integration?

If there is a proven module that meets the requirements, we implement it — it is faster and cheaper. We build a dedicated integration when the process is unusual or ready-made solutions do not handle the data you need.

How often will the data be synchronised?

It depends on the process and the systems’ capabilities. Orders and statuses are usually sent in real time, while full offer updates run periodically on a schedule.

What happens if the integration stops working?

The integrations we build log the data exchange and retry failed operations. This makes problems easy to spot, and orders do not get lost.

Will the integration slow down the store?

It should not. Heavy operations, such as importing a large offer, run in the background, separately from serving your customers.

Will you look after the integration after launch?

Yes. We monitor the integration, adapt it to changes in external systems and extend it when new needs arise.
