No more re-typing orders and invoices

When an online store and a stock-management and accounting program work separately, someone has to re-type orders, correct stock levels and issue documents every day. It takes time, and every mistake means selling goods you do not have or issuing a wrong invoice.

An ERP integration lets data flow automatically: an order from the store goes into the system, the sales document is created without re-typing, and stock levels and prices from the warehouse update in the store. We connect PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores, B2B platforms and custom applications with ERP — read more about connecting the store itself on the PrestaShop integrations page.

What we integrate with

Subiekt

Exchange of orders, sales documents, stock levels and prices between the store and Subiekt.

Wapro

Synchronisation of the offer, stock levels and orders with Wapro systems.

Comarch

Connecting online sales with Comarch systems for trade and accounting.

wFirma and Fakturownia

Automatic invoices and sales documents in online invoicing software.

BaseLinker

One place for orders from the store and marketplaces, connected with the warehouse and invoicing.

Other systems

When no ready-made connection exists, we build our own connector — via an API, the database or file exchange.

What data we synchronise

We define the scope of the integration around the way you work. Most often it covers the data that currently has to be moved between systems by hand.

Products and prices

Names, variants, prices and price lists from the ERP reach the store without manual updates.

Stock levels

Availability in the store matches what is in the warehouse, even with several warehouses.

Orders

Orders from the store and marketplaces go to the ERP together with customer and delivery details.

Sales documents

Invoices and receipts are created automatically and can be e-mailed to the customer.

Customers and business partners

Company and customer data stays consistent in the store and the accounting system.

Statuses and shipments

Status changes and tracking numbers flow back to the store, and the customer is notified.

How the process works

1
Systems analysis
We get to know your ERP, store or application and the scope of data exchange, and check the available connection options.
2
Integration design
We define the data flow, field mapping, directions and frequency of synchronisation and error handling.
3
Implementation
We configure a ready-made connector or build our own and connect the systems.
4
Testing
We test the integration on test data and typical scenarios: orders, returns and stock changes.
5
Launch and monitoring
We switch the integration on, watch the first synchronisations and react to changes in the systems.

How much does an ERP integration cost?

The cost depends on the systems and the scope of data. The estimate is influenced by:

  • the type of ERP system and the available ways of exchanging data,
  • the scope of synchronisation — products, stock, orders, documents, customers,
  • the number of connected sales channels and warehouses,
  • whether a ready-made connector can be used or a custom one is needed,
  • unusual rules, e.g. individual price lists or documents for businesses.

After a short conversation about your systems we prepare an estimate broken down into stages. Request an estimate or get in touch.

Why Appinet

Integrations are one of our specialities. We know both online stores and the systems they are most often connected to, so we know how to keep data consistent without manual work. We build integrations that log the data exchange and clearly flag problems instead of silently losing orders.

Frequently asked questions about ERP integrations

Which ERP systems do you work with?

Most often Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma and Fakturownia, as well as BaseLinker. If you use another system, we check what data exchange options it offers.

Does the integration work both ways?

Yes, if you need it to. Usually orders go from the store to the ERP, while stock levels, prices and statuses flow back from the ERP to the store.

How often will the data be synchronised?

It depends on the process and the system’s capabilities. Orders are usually sent in real time, while full offer updates run periodically on a schedule.

Can an ERP be integrated with an application, not just a store?

Yes. We also connect ERP systems with B2B platforms, client portals and custom applications.

What happens if a synchronisation fails?

The integration logs the data exchange and retries failed operations, and problems are visible in the logs. Nothing gets lost silently.

Will you look after the integration after launch?

Yes. We monitor the integration, adapt it to system updates and extend it as your processes change.
