How do we start working together?
With a short conversation about your idea or problem. Based on it, we propose a solution and prepare an estimate broken down into stages.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. We present a schedule with dates for each stage together with the estimate.
Does everything have to be implemented at once?
No. We start with the process that takes the most time and add further parts in stages once the first one has proven itself.
Do you only work on new projects?
No. We also take over and develop existing stores, websites and applications, including those built by other developers.
Do you work with companies outside Poland?
Yes. We can work together remotely, so your company’s location is not an obstacle.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing technical support: updates, backups, monitoring and further development.
Online stores
PrestaShop or WooCommerce?
PrestaShop works better for large catalogues and stores focused primarily on selling. Choose WooCommerce if the store should run alongside a WordPress website or blog.
Is PrestaShop free?
Yes, PrestaShop is open-source software with no subscription. The costs are hosting, any paid modules and themes, plus implementation and support.
Can you take over a store from another developer?
Yes. We start by reviewing the store, its modules and customisations, and then take over support and development. A store audit is a good first step.
Do you also move stores from other platforms?
Yes. Besides older PrestaShop versions we move stores from other platforms, e.g. WooCommerce or Shoper. The scope depends on the platform and how heavily the store has been customised.
Will the migration affect my Google rankings?
We keep the URLs, and where they have to change we set up 301 redirects. This way the store does not lose search traffic.
Will a faster store be more visible in Google?
Speed and Core Web Vitals are among the factors Google takes into account, and above all they affect how customers behave. That is why we combine optimisation with technical SEO clean-up.
ERP integrations
Which ERP systems do you work with?
Most often Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma and Fakturownia, as well as BaseLinker. If you use another system, we check what data exchange options it offers.
Does the integration work both ways?
Yes, if you need it to. Usually orders go from the store to the ERP, while stock levels, prices and statuses flow back from the ERP to the store.
How often will the data be synchronised?
It depends on the process and the system’s capabilities. Orders are usually sent in real time, while full offer updates run periodically on a schedule.
What happens if a synchronisation fails?
The integration logs the data exchange and retries failed operations, and problems are visible in the logs. Nothing gets lost silently.
Do we have to change our ERP or accounting software?
No. We usually connect the new solution with the system you already use, e.g. Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma or Fakturownia.
Can an ERP be integrated with an application, not just a store?
Yes. We also connect ERP systems with B2B platforms, client portals and custom applications.
Applications and automation
Custom application or off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software works for standard processes. A custom application is worth building when the way you work is unusual, ready-made tools need many workarounds or you need several systems combined into one.
Can we start with a smaller version?
Yes. We often start with a version that has the most important features and reaches users quickly, then add further modules in stages.
Will the application work on phones?
Yes, we design the interface to be responsive. If a mobile app is needed, we also prepare an API it can use.
How do we move data from our current spreadsheets and programs?
We prepare a data import from files and existing systems and check that the data is correct before launch.
Where should a company start with automation?
With a process that is repetitive, time-consuming and has clear rules. We help you identify it and estimate the possible savings.
Which technology should I choose?
We choose the technology to fit the project’s goals: PrestaShop or WooCommerce for stores, WordPress for websites, Laravel and Vue.js for applications. We advise after analysing your needs.
