Does this sound familiar?

Manufacturers usually sell through several channels at once: distributors and wholesalers, sales representatives and, increasingly, directly online. Each channel means different orders, price lists and documents — and everything has to be aligned with production, the warehouse and accounting.

When this information circulates in e-mails and spreadsheets, the company loses time retyping data and risks mistakes that only surface at the customer’s end.

  • Orders from distributors arrive by e-mail, phone and in files
  • Partner price lists and discounts live in spreadsheets that easily drift apart
  • Availability has to be checked by hand in the ERP or with production
  • Orders and documents are retyped into the ERP system
  • Partners do not know the order status without calling the office
  • Product sheets and technical data are scattered across many files

How it works today and after implementation

Today

  • The order arrives by e-mail
  • A sales rep checks prices in a spreadsheet
  • The office retypes the order into the ERP
  • The partner calls to ask about the status

After implementation

  • The partner places an order on the B2B platform
  • Sees their own prices, discounts and availability
  • The order goes into the ERP automatically
  • Status and invoices are available online

How the data flows

1
Partner or customer
Places an order on the B2B platform or in the store, with their own prices and terms.
2
B2B platform
Checks availability and terms, and saves the order without involving the office.
3
ERP system
Receives the order automatically, e.g. in Subiekt, Wapro or Comarch.
4
Warehouse and production
See the order straight away and can plan picking or production.
5
Documents and status
The invoice and status go back to the platform, and the partner gets a notification.

What the solution consists of

A portal for distributors, wholesalers and regular customers. Partners log in, see their prices and availability, place orders and download documents — without e-mails or phone calls.

  • individual price lists, discounts and minimum quantities,
  • order history and downloadable invoices,
  • accounts for sales reps placing orders on behalf of customers.

Frequently asked questions from manufacturers

Will a B2B platform replace our sales reps?

No. It takes over repetitive orders and price checks, so sales reps can focus on winning and serving customers. A sales rep can also place orders on behalf of a partner.

Will you connect the platform with our ERP?

Yes. We integrate with Subiekt, Wapro, Comarch, wFirma, Fakturownia and others. If you use a different system, we check its data exchange options.

Can each partner have their own prices?

Yes. Prices, discounts, minimum quantities and payment terms can be assigned to specific partners or partner groups.

Can we also sell to end customers?

Yes. An online store can use the same product data and stock levels as the B2B platform.

Where do we start?

With a conversation about how you take and fulfil orders today. Based on that, we propose the scope of the first stage and a quote.

Does everything have to be implemented at once?

No. We usually start with the most time-consuming process, e.g. orders from distributors, and add further parts in stages.
