We also record the date of submission, the address of the page the form was sent from, information about your browser and a hash of your IP address, which is used solely to protect the website against spam and abuse.
We process this data to reply to your message and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The legal basis is replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in customer service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail and phone contact
If you write to us or call us directly, we process the data provided in that correspondence in order to handle it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for requests for quotation, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
